Best effort to provide accurate description of problem and solution.  Cost of service required will be estimated at that time. Diagnostic Charge credited if you elect to use us for the service.

Virus / Malware Removal
Best effort at removing virus / malware in our shop. Charges may be applied to reinstallation of operating system if necessary.
